♦ Laughter will change the people in a peaceful and positive way. Some people say that laughter is a universal language that may unite mankind. Due to COVID-19, this year’s celebration was held online. Our mission is to achieve health, happiness and world peace through laughter.
♦ In 1998, Dr Madan Kataria, the founder of the World Laughter Yoga Movement, founded World Laughter Day. In more than 70 countries/regions around the world, World Laughter Day is celebrated on the first Sunday in May every year. Dr. Madan initiated the “Laughter Yoga” campaign in 1995, with the goal of facial feedback assuming that a person’s facial expressions might affect their emotions.
