Highlights:
♦ The Minister of External Affairs will visit Srilanka from 2 October to 5 October.
♦ This visit is aimed to go through all the ties and bilateral projects between India and Srilanka.
♦ Sri Lanka occupies a pivotal spot in India’s ‘Neighbourhood First’ policy.
♦ The visit is also to focus on ongoing cooperation to tackle Covid-related disruptions
♦ He will be meeting President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa.
