The Chief Justice of India (CJI) unveiled e-Sewa Kendra at the Tripura High Court. e-Sewa Kendras has been created in each state’s high court and a district court on a pilot basis.
e-Sewa Kendra:
e-Sewa Kendras has been created in each state’s high court and a district court on a pilot basis. They are committed to being a one-stop center, providing all legal aid and assistance to ordinary litigants and defenders. It allows litigants to obtain information about the status of the case and obtain copies of judgments and orders. These centers also provided assistance for the electronic application of cases. These Kendra represent an important step for ordinary people and their right to justice.
